The Francis Lite range incorporates design features for reliable operation in demanding marine and terrestrial environments. The L230RC delivers cost-effective performance with compact dimensions suitable for integration on patrol craft and custom vessel platforms.
Construction uses marine-grade stainless steel with a parabolic super pure aluminium reflector. The searchlight and gearbox meet IP66 weatherproof rating. Toughened front glass and integrated light shield minimize stray light and glare. Optional heater elements in both gearbox and barrel extend operational capability to -50°C.
Remote pan rotation spans 385°. Modular construction permits field modifications and component substitution. Lamp life rating is 2,000 hours with effective range to 900 meters.
