Francis Searchlights L560RC
The L560RC is a compact, cost-effective remote control searchlight designed for patrol craft, custom vessels, and general marine applications. It features IP66-rated weatherproof construction, variable speed control, RS485 connectivity, and external focus adjustment. The unit operates across a 1,500 m range with tungsten halogen lamp technology and marine-grade stainless steel construction.
The Francis Lite range incorporates design features for demanding operating environments on land and sea. The L560RC delivers remote pan rotation of 385° with elevation control, full variable speed adjustment, and modern joystick control panel with membrane and LED technology.
Key features include RS485 interface, auto home position setting, parabolic formed aluminium reflector, and spill rings to prevent stray light and glare. Optional heater elements are available in both gearbox and barrel. Modular design allows field modifications to suit specific vessel requirements.
The searchlight and gearbox both meet IP66 weatherproof rating. Toughened front glass provides impact resistance. Remote focus adjustment is available as an optional upgrade.
